We have auctions
every Tuesday starting @ 9:00 am with general merchandise, Poultry @
9:30 am, Vehicles @ 11:00 am and Nursery stock @ 12:00 Noon
No Children under
the age 13 due to insurance reasons
All bills must be
paid for the day of the sale, NO EXCEPTIONS !

The Woodburn
Auction Yard will NO longer accept Any Credit Union Checks, Travel
Checks, Cashiers Checks, Visa Checks or Money Orders
There is a buyers
fee of .75 cents for checks and debit, and a 4 % buyers fee for credit
To purchase a
titled vehicle you must have valid proof of insurance and a valid
drivers license. A trip permit is required to remove a vehicle from the
property unless hauled off. Trip permits are available in the office.
$10.00 for 10 day
permit ---- $20.00 for a 21 day permit

Tuesdays auction consignment fees are as
follows:
Poultry 30%
Misc. and plants 35%
Titled Vehicles are 10% with a minimum
fee of $50.00 ( Buy back on titled Vehicles ) Flat $50.00
Call on Monday before you come in with
a load of Misc. incase we are already full of Misc. items

For machinery Sales Consignors:
Commission Rates are as Follows:
10% on first $5,000.00 ....... Per Item..5% on all
over $5,000.00.....25% on items under $250.00 with a $25.00
minimum......$50.00 minimum commission on titled vehicles ........
